Aussie babe Maeve Dermody was born in Sydney, Australia, on November 2, 1985, to a film director mother and a psychologist father. Lucky for Maeve, mommy gave her her very first onscreen role in Breathing Under Water (1993). Once Maeve entered high school, she started taking drama classes, joined the Australian Theatre for Young People, and took several courses at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. While she was still a teen, Maeve started earning onscreen roles short films and in series like All Saints (1998). Eventually, she earned her first major big screen role in the indie thriller Black Water (2007), which follows a group of people who are trapped in the mangroves by a crocodile that’s out to kill them. Maeve earned multiple Best Supporting Actress nominations for her performance. She received another Supporting Actress nomination for Beautiful Kate (2009), which also gave us a good look at her naked knockers. They could have called that movie Beautiful Cans! She showed those cans once again in the drama SS-GB (2017), and in the historical fantasy thriller Carnival Row (2019), Maeve makes history and fulfills our fantasies with yet another nip slip. Some of Maeve’s other onscreen credits include works such as The Fear of Darkness (2015), And Then There Were None (2015), The Space Between (2016), The Frankenstein Chronicles (2017), Gold Digger (2019), The Secret Garden (2020), The Immortal (2020), and The Beast Must Die (2021).
